Support The M Project x Anahata Dance Battle 2025
This year, Anahata and The M Project are coming together with a shared mission: to make mental health more human, more embodied, and more accessible.
Anahata’s founder, Maggie, recently lost her mom to suicide. The M Project was created after losing two close friends to suicide. Together, we share not only grief, but also the belief that healing can come through movement, connection, and community. Both of us honor the power of somatics, dance, and embodied expression as pathways for mental health and liberation. This reminds us that the mind, body, and heart are all one system.
ABOUT THE M PROJECT
Mental health is a part of being human, yet too many people still feel shame, disconnection, or silence around their inner struggles. The M Project is on a mission to change that.
We are a purpose-driven media platform and nonprofit dedicated to making mental health accessible, engaging, and a natural part of daily life. We weave mental health into culture through pop-up events, digital storytelling, and cultural collaborations so it’s no longer something intimidating or isolating, but something empowering and collective.
Our vision is to transform mental health from a conversation people avoid into a movement people embrace.
WHERE YOUR DONATION GOES
Your support makes this possible. Every contribution helps us:
-
Host free community events that bring people together around healing and connection.
-
Create thought-provoking media and campaigns that dismantle stigma and spark new conversations.
-
Expand access to healing tools and resources that save and change lives.
No donation is too small. Every dollar becomes part of the movement. Together, we can shift culture, honor life, and make mental health mainstream.
