These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("you") and The M Project, a California nonprofit organization ("The M Project," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms govern your use of the website located at [https://www.themproject.co] and any other site, platform, or service operated by The M Project that links to these Terms (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

WHERE PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND THE M PROJECT AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
